[UPDATE: 23.12.21. The mud and leaves: #176976 were cleared 22.12.21. However the puddling remains as per: #169471.] [Image taken 21.5.21] Marygate car park, York. This is the bottom of the steeper of the two ramps to/from Scarborough Bridge. There’s a blind corner, insufficient space for the number and variety of users to move around comfortably and safely, recently mud buildup, and now also surface water puddling.
