Boal Quay / Hardings Way collapsing bollards. Picture taken with handlebar camera. Bizarrely, NCN Route 1 still hasn't been diverted onto this flat, quiet bus-and-bikes-only road built as part of the mostly-harmful-to-cycling CIF2 project - that remains up narrow streets and paths to the east.
