Wheelbenders at the St Nicholas Retail Park - two bikes locked to the roof supports and the man in the background has ignored the wheelbenders in favour of locking to the trolley racks. I'm pretty sure wheelbenders were not acceptable when this retail park was built, so it's disappointing they're still here.
