NCN route 1 on the private road through the Castle Rising estate

A large area of road space has been taken for a playground - they could have done a better job with the cycle access, however.

Nice cycle track bridge over a drain connecting Chase Avenue with an underused cycle track to the difficult level crossing and a stone road southwards.

Cycle track passes over this bridge over the River Gaywood connecting the Reffley and Springwood areas.

Pleasant shared-use axis through this new development

5m cycleway through Lynnsport and Leisure park. Not priority marked at cycleway crossroads. Has priority over road crossing just out of shot. Image taken from handlebar camera.

A10 cycleway bends away from the road to cross the Polver Drain on this dedicated walking/cycling bridge instead of narrowing to fit over the road bridge.

Sandringham Railway Path (NCN1/EV12/NSCR) heading north. 2.8m wide shared greenway. People walking and riding share easily but it could really do with more of it widening to 4m to ease congestion.

Cycle access to the new Kings Lynn bus & bike road and NCN routes 1/11

Cut-through north of Kings Lynn station - ramp added alongside older steps

NCN11 Ryston End is perfect for cycling - quiet and leafy. Unfortunately the quality of the route takes a serious nose dive as you head south out of town.
