The Cyclists Dismount sign applies on the far side of the road.
This exit from the King's Lynn police station has been walled up for years.
The width restriction is probably only needed because of all the parked cars on a two-way street.
There are lots of over-sized End of Cycle Route signs along NCN route 1 here.
More confident riders might just make a conventional right turn on the road here.

Cycle route on cut-off road just west of Kings Lynn - I suppose the DfT insists on the sign being like this, but of course it's the wrong way around, with cyclists naturally using the left/west side.
No Cycling in the pedestrianised centre of King's Lynn (on NCN routes 1 and 11!)
